Basic Costs
Weekly or Bi-Monthly | Interior and Exterior Inspections
$75 per visit |
Basic Services Provided include:
- Running A/C and Humidistat during inspection
- Running faucets
- Flushing toilets
- Verification that all doors and windows are secure
- Visual check for any water leaks

- Visual inspection for any signs of insects or rodents
- Visual check of smoke detectors
- Turning off main water valve and water heater
- Picking up mail, flyers, newspapers or packages
- Weekly report via email, fax or mail

Closing of Home for season
Fee $135.* includes:
- Digital filming of interior and exterior of home
- Setting thermostat and humidistat to requested values
- Turn down refrigerator and turn off icemaker
- Lubricate sink disposal to prevent “lock-up”
- Remove any perishable food items
- Saran wrap toilets
- Assure all windows and doors are locked
- Close all blinds
- Turn off all lights
- Assure all appliances are turned off
- Switch off water heater circuit breaker
- Turn off main water valve
- Set Security System
*Items not on above list will be priced individually.
Opening of Home prior to Occupancy - Fee $115.00*
- Set thermostat and humidistat
- Turn up refrigerator and turn on icemaker
- Open blinds
- Restore electric and water
*Items not on above list will be priced individually. |
Auto Care:
- Vehicle clean up (wash, vacuum, gas) $85 plus gas *(only available with purchase of any plan)
Waiting Services:
- Company, service, repair, delivery, or installation
($75 initial hour, $20 each additional 15 minutes)
Handyman Services:
- Small repairs
- Pressure wash
- Move Lanai furniture to and from designated area
(Price based on particular job)
Storm Watch:
- Shutter installation and removal
(Price based on type of shutter)
- Pre-storm and Post-storm review
($60 each visit)
